Our Solution-

Apex Plaza is a landmark central Reading office building consisting of four linked blocks around a stunning central atrium which includes landscaping and water features.

Everything about Apex Plaza is built around people, with high specification commercial property space and an abundance of amenities in and around the building. PruPIM employed our services to strip out the existing pneumatic VAV and AHU controls within the four linked blocks. As well as new controls with the existing boiler house a new Trend BMS panel has been installed on each floor to control the local VAV boxes and AHU's.
