Profile-

Simon Oldfield is a graduate of Manchester University and a chartered accountant with over 20 years post qualification experience, particularly in areas such as acquisitions, disposals, IPO's and refinancing.

Prior to joining Matrix, Simon was a partner at Ernst & Young where he was national head of the Building Products team. He was also chairman of pro-manchester, an organisation dedicated to promoting Manchester as a centre of excellence for professional services.

Outside work Simon is involved in a number of "not for profit" organisations, including the Royal Northern College of Music, Stockport Youth Orchestra and the iNspire charity incubator initiative.
